Are you DBS (CRB) Checked?

Yes, I am DBS checked at both basic and advanced level. Should you wish to see evidence of this, before any work is carried out, then please feel free to ask.

What types of systems/services do you offer?

SSES are specialists in implementing and maintaining intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms and access control solutions along with any domestic electrical services.

What security brands do you provide?

We mainly use Texcom, Pyronix, Hikvision, Uniview, C-Tec, Paxton or ACT, however we can also offer other brands so please discuss your requirements with us and we will do our best to help.

Do you provide on-going maintenance contracts?

Yes, we can certainly offer on-going maintenance and would be happy to provide one suitable to your needs and/or budget. Please discuss this with us and we would be only too happy to assist.

How much warranty on parts do i receive?

With any parts we install as part of our services, these all come with a 1 year guarantee.

Do i have to pay for surveys?

No, all surveys are FOC regardless of whether you use us for any installation services.

Who owns the equipment after installation?

Simply put, you do. Regardless of whether you decide to take out any ongoing maintenance or not, all equipment installed will be yours, providing all payments have been made to us.

Are your intruder alarms pet friendly?

Yes, they can be. We provide various systems and aim to provide you with the most suitable solutions for your needs. Just provide us with any specific reuirement, during our initial consultation, and we will ensure that these needs are met.
